ILL, ILL, SO ILL

Last night was our friends 40th, wonderful evening at their house just outside Paris. About 30 people, videos of older times, films from when he was a kid and our silly film of him. DJ, drinks and food.

All was well until 2 am, I started to feel a bit odd. Shivers, sweats. Everything changed at 3 am with violent vomiting and lots of trip to the loo.

It all was very unpleasant until 6am.

In fact it was food poisoning from a kidney bean!

I am back blipping, it is Thursday, just about feeling better and eating normally
