RAINY DAY THURSDAY

Nasty weather today - windy, cold and rainy. Planned a trip to Newcastle but thought better of it. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Neil in Australia has also had rain. He went on the ferry to Manly, hired a bike and then torrential rain started. Apparently he enjoyed every minute of it. He had a day off work today and spent his time in a Chinese Art Gallery and baking cakes. He did actually get a GCSE in Food Technology but I have never seen him bake a cake before.
