Scotland handles a crisis with characteristic panic

The wild winds already have a name (hurrican bawbag) and everyone is sent home to photoshop images of flying panda's and to secure their home trampolines

in fairness it is fairly serious. I heard a school bus overturned, all transport is off pretty much and we were advised to get home before 2pm or stay indoors until after 9pm.

got home and am battening down the hatches..
