Short Sharp Soggy Day

Doesn't seem like there has been much in the way of daylight today. Woke to thundering wind & rain. Another soaking taking the dogs out. Dried out, fire on, lunch, Christmas cards dealing with the latest emergency from home ('Mum I've had a nightmare' - Son No2 & knives are not a good combination)& then it was time for dog walking again & now G & T's!
