Imagine!

I didn't sleep much last night. I spent most of the night on the phone to a close friend trying to convince her that her life wasn't that bad and that maybe her thoughts 'to end it all' wouldn't be the wisest choice.

Only yesterday my sis learned that an old work mate had taken his life and left 2 beautiful children behind.

I don't underhand suicide. I've been unfortunate to have to deal with it twice with and attempted third from loved ones in my life time. The devastation that's left behind is indescribable.

I guess we take for granted that while we are celebrating the festive season others can't see to the end of the day.
