My City: Day 418: Postcard

Not a flyer for a new condo...the guy at the bottom is actually walking by the site on Yonge Street. This condo is one of a few that are being built or are planned for the near future. They will save the facades of the buildings on the street and build behind them...it is a form of construction that is meant to keep the keep the street to people scale....it works most of the time:-)
