no more picnics

The City parks are full of forlorn reminders of the summer.

As things are in Calgary we could have a balmy, Chinook-indued day anytime. We had a Chinook leaving the area over the last two days causing the temperature to plummet about 15C in twelve hours. It is not good for the migraine prone.

Meanwhile it is -17C today and the snow looks pretty permanent!
