I've failed to buy the boy's advent calendars, which I plan to rectify today. They said that they don't want pretty ones with Jesus on, they want ones with chocolate in. I said that they could stuff their faces with nine days worth of chocolate in one go. I feel like a terrible parent but they think I'm brilliant (only in relation to the chocolate thing).
