Just having a soak..............

I wonder if birds get wrinkly skin if they sit around in water for too long........
or are their feathers so water proof that water doesn't actually get to their skin.

I know before we had the shower cubicle installed it was a real pleasure to have a soak in the bath, the only down side was the wrinkly skin.....
