Who uses Adobe Bridge?

How do you use it?

I've only just discovered it as part of my RAW discovery period. It seems like it could be very useful for logging my pictures. Previously, using JPEGs, I've been extracting the EXIF date taken data and adding it into the filename with a description of who is in it.

Now Bridge lets me do this over a batch of pictures automatically but also allows you to add descriptions and keywords into the accompanying XMP file.

Does anyone else use Bridge in this way or have other ways of filing their photos?
