Winter walk

Friday has arrived and the week has flown. Only 5 days left in school before we finish for the holidays. Very busy day in KS2 today. Swimming this am, then we made flower decorations with students from a local collage,followed by a quick lunch time. Poor Mr M then had to go and set a trail for all the children in the school to follow at the local Riding centre.Sadly no snow this year but the children had a fantastic time hunting for posters and Christmas Dec's which Mr M had hidden. The afternoon soon passed( it always goes so quick when your having fun) and then the children sang some Carols outside the centre before walking back to school.
A little bit of snow fell as the children were going home at 3pm to add to the magic of the day.
I couldn,t decide on which photo to use for todays blip so i settled for this one of a parents truck delivering logs to the local pub........bless the scruffy looking dog sat in the cab out in the cold. Hope he is warm tonight. x
