Catch the Moon

I wasn't intending another Moon blip so soon after yesterday, but it was dominating the sky as I made my way home this evening.

Today it wasn't about a conjunction with Jupiter, it was the conjunction with Christmas illuminations. I could probably have played around for hours with different alignments, but in the end I couldn't resist a playful image of two snowmen playing catch with the Moon.

Don't forget to watch out for the eclipse tomorrow.
