Let There Be Lights!

Literally, an emergency blip today! Woken while it was still dark this morning by our daughter, who had awoken to find she had no electricity in her flat and was having to get ready for work in the dark and (horror!) couldn't use her hair straighteners. Checking of trip switches, fuses and the amount of credit on her meter did no good so we set off after breakfast to investigate. Turned out that all we / she needed to do was insert her meter key to get temporary credit, so 5 minutes sorted it out.

This standard Christmas Tree picture provides the evidence that normal service has been resumed and that the weather was so miserable for the rest of the day that no other blipping opportunities presented themselves!
