Birthday

Mum's big birthday today :)

We celebrated by going to the pub for lunch and staying almost all afternoon.

It was lovely :)

This is really a placeholder blip until I get a moment tomorrow to write the journal!

This was one of the chandeliers above our heads. Beautiful thing.

Bad night - far too late to bed thanks to Charley; and then the boys played tag team waking up one after the other.

Up late, stumbling around. Finally got out of the house and went to the Thomas a Beckett pub down the road from us for lunch. Worth it! There was only one other table occupied, the sun was shining so Ben got to play out in the pub garden, we were well looked after, the food was good, and we stayed nearly 3 hours!!

Mum was happy :) It was her birthday today. She had cuddles with the newest grandchild, a lovely relaxed meal out, staying in a nice B&B.

Didn't want much in the way of dinner, not surprisingly! Had some toast and brie at around 11pm and went up to bed. Didn't actually get to bed until 1am I don't think. Never mind....

Wish I could remember more of the day!!!!
