It pays to have the right friends...

We spent the day at a Thai friend's house. To clarify, his house in Hua Hin (a beach town about 3 hours from Bangkok). Not the his house in Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Hong Kong or his condo in Bangkok.

But really, it was beautiful, and he is so generous. We spent the day lounging on the 4th floor, enjoying this view, playing games, and watching movies. He called in some people to give massages, he offered to take us to the market and brought home a feast of deliciously fresh seafood for dinner. We collected sea shells on the beach, right out his back door, watched the sun set on this opposite hill and took a barefoot stroll after dark. What an amazing day! :)
