Found in a Skip

While at work last week, I was putting some paper in the Container when I saw this boat, 1 metre long 22 cms beam, looks like a Fishing boat hull, not a Sailer though, no keel, but what to do with it?
Just shows what people throw away! and in the paper and card Container.
