The Bright Lights of Blackheath

At around 11.00 pm, the fog rolled in to soften the end of another busy day.

This is the main shopping street, leading to the level crossing over the railway line, just across the highway. Friday night and the only traffic was one lone taxi, waiting at the rank outside the pub, where the "Thank You" party for the Rhododendron Festival volunteers (and drawing of the Big Raffle - I didn't win anything, drat!) was just winding down.
