Such an angel

One of my favourite parts of putting up the decorations is seeing the beautiful decorations you haven't seen in a year. Like seeing an old friend. I still love some of the really old ones my mother has. They make me feel like a kid when I see them.
This one was a gift from my lovel angel of a friend Aoife.

Today I got the kitchen scrubbed (very overdue) and put the decorations up. Also need to get cards written but it might have to wait until tomorrow now. Hubby has been in town all day doing his shopping. Dinner and a movie tonight I hope.
