Furnace Lass

Forty Shades of Grey.

After the glorious blue skies and golden sunset yesterday today was a very monocolour day. Although the day was calm and the light was picking up reflections the only hint of colour was in the mooring bouys.

Instead of Ireland's forty shades of green we had forty shades of grey . This is the blip as it was in the camera. I did see some blue sky and was ever hopeful that the day would go the same as yesterday. Alas , no chance, the skies dulled over again. Despite waiting patiently for a change in the light he best was the early morning light .

This w was taken from more or less the same spot as yesterday but looking across the loch.

Hope you all have a great weekend and thanks for the spotlight place for yesterday's sunset.
You might enjoy a peek at the LARGE view.
