Writing this while cooking my tea, and this picture is making my mouth water!

Christmas dinner with some lovely uni pals. We've all been friends since 1st year, and have had a Christmas dinner every year. And I suppose this may well be our last one, as goodness knows where we'll be next year! I was so impressed at out ability to make something that looked and tasted so good! My first attempt at a roast too, not a bad effort I feel!
