The Adventures of Pippin

By kmcameron

Christmas has come early

This parcel was delivered today, but no one was in at the time, and all I found was a card through the letter box saying something about garden chairs. So, because I'm a bit thick, I thought that was what was in the parcel and that we had to go and collect it on Monday. Then, when my Mum and Dad came back, I realised it meant that the postie had left the parcel outside - on the garden chairs. Doh!

So, when we brought it in, Pippin went mad for it and set to ripping the brown paper off. It was so funny - she had her paw on top of it, did a bit of digging, put her other paw on top of it too, rrrriiiipppeeedd the paper! She's really good at using her paws - they are really good at holding things even though she doesn't have any fingers. I would have put one of the pictures of her using them to show how clever she is, except that in this one she just looks so cute and a bit confused - and I just can't resist her sweet little face.

Eventually, we got the brown paper off and inside were some lovely presents from my Auntie Anne in Buckie - and one of them smelled very minty, which I guess is what had got Pippin so interested in it!

No present for me in there - but she did say mine is coming separately, so that's not so bad!
