English Bridge, Shrewsbury

A Christmas shopping scuttle into Shrewsbury today gave us the chance to take the riverside path along the Severn and into the town's park, a walk that no matter how many times I have done it over the years never ceases to delight. This is the bridge at the English side of the loop hence it's name. At the other side of the loop is unsurprisingly the equally ornate Welsh bridge.
