An Apple a Day

My neighbor has this hosta that has frozen a couple of times and is now ready to be put to bed for the winter. I found the little red apple on the ground, I think someone lost an ornament, and so I decided the two belonged together.

It was a crazy day at work. I got a mountain of stuff done and it made the day zoom by. I hope tomorrow goes as smoothly.

I just talked to my dad and he told me there are reports of a snowy owl on Vancouver Lake. If it is still there Monday morning we are going on a quest.
