Help I Can Not Get Out!

'Help I Can Not Get Out!' is the answer to the Scrabble puzzle I have been blipping over the last couple of weeks. There are six words to the 'hidden message', one hidden in each blip:

This is how the message is hidden.

The words are not given with the Scrabble tiles, but are contained within the empty spaces. The letters are five spaces tall. Sometimes they are not perfectly framed by tiles, but you can still make them out. Go have a look! ;)
