Little Egret..............

The forecast was for rain from around 10 this morning, so i decide to get out early and see what was about..........

I ended up down by Haslar Creek about an hour before high tide, there were a couple of different types of gulls, what i thought were a handfull of Redshanks and a pair of Little Egrets...........

I'd managed to get quiet close to the Egrets by keeping really low and quiet......but i don't know just what it is about me, i always seem to attract the dippy dog walker, this morning was no exception.......

"What you taking pictures of".......?? "The two big ones".....?? He asked......

"Yes, the two that've just flown off", "Thanks for that" i replied......

"Fido" he shouted, and disappered as quickly as he'd appeared.

Counting to 10......... And breath............

So here's today's contribution, a Little Egret........

Not so little really.......The Great White Egret must be Huge.............!!
