Had a lovely day on (what was) Henman Hill, sipping pimms and pink fizz in the glorious sunshine with JJ and Ninny. We were in the queue by 9am and at our picnic bench by 11.40. Not bad huh? Saw some action on the big screen from the British girl, Keothavong, who went out to Venus. Then it was Sharapova - also out! - and Murray who went through to the next round. Also enjoyed a mens' doubles match on court 5 before we decided to call it a day. This is one of the players keeping low, so not to be taken out by a tennis ball at whatever speed...

It was a long journey home - Boris Johnson needs to do some work on London transport before 2012, that's for sure. A great day though - a lovely end to my week at home.
