Other than blip, I have another obsession. Pies. They're great. I was given a pie cookbook for christmas and reading that realised I lacked the essential pie chef's armoury. However, mrs Evilgoat got me these for valentine's day. Apparently hard to get hold of these day's but the internet helped out.
