Black Belt

Today both my sons went through two and a half hours of gruelling exercises to earn their Karate Black Belts. This is my eldest James half way through the ordeal doing his ton ups.
They both said that physically it was far more demanding than they could have possibly imagined.
Well done boys, you've worked hard and deserve your belts, very proud of you both X
