Ribbon No.11

Well, today was going to be a different theme, however I ran out of time!

It has seemed to be an invent soup day, well make up recipes.
First, sweet potato and carrot soup, with roasted pepper, garlic & tomato base. Topped with sour cream and a watercress with rocket pesto garnish.

Then somehow ended up shopping and Tesco ( grrr ), where there was a lot of vegetables being cleared, so, make more soup :)
- make stock
- Spinach soup
- Roasted pepper, tomato and garlic soup
- Cream of mushroom soup

Then, make ginger bread for the Christmas Tree ( yet to decorate )
