Double telly

Catching up with the news on I player while chef catches up with the football on real telly.

After a long lie it was a rather productive day. Tasty brunch followed by house cleaning while chef went to get the groceries.

Stood up by the original FLC (for which I'm sure she's giving herself a harder time than R and I will) but the other guest arrived in due course so coffee and scones it was with little L and parents.

Much laying of floor in loft and cable sinking ensued before a quick but refreshing steam and a dinner of venison sausages,mash, caramelised onions and steamed julienne carrots while watching the fix factor final.

Flooring not finished yet but as soon as it is we'll be clearing that bedroom for J and C and putting up an appropriate 'before' blip so you can all see what we're dealing with here.
