Dog Tired

Left at 8:30 this morning for a proper hike with my pup. Started at lower Macleay trail head, hiked to the Wildwood trail, over to Alder trail which brought me to the main trail in Forest park which then brought up back to Macleay. In all, we hiked 8 miles. It felt wonderful to go on such a long hike, though, it was cold and foggy. The fog was so thick in some areas, it was difficult to identify the trail,however, I know the trail well enough that I was not concerned about taking a wrong turn.
