Four day hangover.

Only one thing is called for after a 4 day hangover. A big fat breakfast. Of course after all of the eating and drinking I've done since Thursday this possibly wasn't the best idea. This was reinforced by the fact my trouser button made a bid for freedom and shot off whilst I was in a training session. Dare I start the pre christmas diet.

today was the first day bak after the Xmas do and unbeknown to myself sparks had flown the wkend. Someone took what was actually quite an innocent photo (I know this as I was there) which because of the angle looked like they were going in for a snog.....this then got posted to Facebook by some spot faced teenager. Needless to say the guy is buying himself (and his wife) marriage counselling for Christmas.
