summer fair............

well was at baby McD's school summer fair today and it wasn't that bad as far as these things usually go.
live band was playing stuff older than the kids (which isn't that hard really) but it was right up my street. quite a good cover of "brown eyed girl" at one point.
i myself was roped into running the hook a duck stall which was a bit of a laughand total chaos.
the poor sap in the pic however was in the stocks and had to stand there while child after child after child after child (well you getthe idea) took turns to throw big sponges soaked with ice cold water at him. respect as even though it was quite mild there was a chilly breeze.
