Taxi

I felt like asking the passenger in this car if they needed a taxi to get them to the pavement. It's not like it was a tight gap even. Taking up the space of two cars. I for one would back having to retake a driving test every five years. It would cut the amount of cars on the roads, do wonders for public transport and create lots of new jobs for driving instructors. (sorry for the rant it's just bad selfish drivers really annoy me)
