Vínarterta?

My mother makes this cake every Christmas season. It's sometimes called vínarterta or in my family plötuterta (sheet cake because it's baked on a metal baking sheet). Some make it with lots of layers, but my mother usually makes three or four and the jam she uses is strawberry. Very yummy!

My husband is "in training" to become the sheet cake baker in the family so he joined my mother today when she started making the cake. Looking good? :o)
