Oh Christmas tree

Oh the weather outside is frightful. Well. It's very cold and windy anyhow and we've had a few snow and hail showers today. Inside it's all cosy and warm. We finally have our log burning stove up and running. I want to curl up in front of it like a cat. I certainly don't fancy going outside, but go I must as it's time to collect Grace from school and take her and Ophelia to see their Grandad again. He's still in hospital and no clue for how long. It's been Grace's Xmas party at school this afternoon so she will no doubt be very excited and/or tired this evening!
