Still special, but in a different way

So the school I work in was put in Special Measures by the power of Ofsted two years ago. The past two years have been exhausting, emotionally draining and immensely challenging. Today we were given the all clear to announce that we are officially a good school. I'm not ashamed to say that I shed a tear.
