A day of chores.

Seeing the CHSS Stroke Nurse, who came to me. First person in the NHS (they have the contract for NHS in Scotland) who I've seen apart from my GPs. Quite practical, and a complete blether. We shall see if she gets some (organised) rehab moving.

Then stitches out for the dug. Who is lumpy but benign.

Double the number of lengths since I started swimming.
