Ground Force Mark II

Our very good friends, Suzy and Jeff are here with Mr DV in the front of our house. They drove from Kent last night with their car full to bursting with shrubs for our garden.

This morning they insisted on planting them too!! We now have shrubs which we have put in the bright yellow tubs....but they are underground so we can't see them now (thank goodness!) When they get established they will form a brilliant, natural screen.

It will be lovely to have these shrubs to remind us of their garden and all the happy times we shared in it, especially as they have just bought a cowshed in Italy and will be living in it (beautifully renovated) by this time next year! I will miss them very much but am looking forward to holidays in Italy in the future!

True friends are hard to find, and these are two of the best!
