Raindrops on Nadinia

Rainy day today which brought highlights to the Nadinia berries. Somehow the common name of Heavenly Bamboo has come about. It seems to have no relationship to bamboo.

Wikipedia advises us:
Nandina domestica commonly known as nandina, heavenly bamboo or sacred bamboo, is a suckering shrub in the Barberry family. It is a monotypic genus, with this species as its only member. It is native to eastern Asia from the Himalaya east to Japan.
