Pie in tin

It's the first homemade mince pies of the year! My work colleague, Laura, made them for me & stashed them in the office...away from greedy people (but not from me). Am saving this little one for as long as I can- ideally, my chrimbo hols next week, more likely later this afternoon. Haha!
