Injured.

I'm not just walking around with a tea towel on my shoulder, there is an icepack in there.
I've had a sore shoulder for far too long, but now it's started to affect my squash game, so extreme and drastic action needed. Namely actually doing something about it (it's a guy thing ladies... ;)).
On the up side live squash from India as about to start on squashtv... :)
