Little lady from Alaska

Time to dress the tree, and reflect on the many items I have amassed over the years.

This little lady was bought in Alaska - I think in Skagway. She's not the most obvious holiday souvenir of the Inside Passage cruise. She's also not the only Christmas decoration I bought on that trip.

This unusual little walnut was bought in Slovakia :

It was bright but freezing cold today and I managed a few essential jobs in the garden (My excuse of not being allowed to bend yet can only ignore the weeds and rubbish for so long !).
My crazy magnolia is still ignoring the high winds and temperature. This one silly blossom looks
like an ice cream
