Hammock House

We visited Amherst today to see a friend's exhibition of photographs. It's a town with many lovely older houses, some quite large.

This one is more or less typical (no two are alike), but it struck me simply because of the hammock in the middle of the yard. One wonders when was the last time someone lay in it :) View it large to see the hammock more clearly.
