This Monkey's gone to Heaven

Hectic day today, school run, work, home then back to school tonight for the girls Xmas plays.

The girls were so good - they did Lily and me proud. Evie played an obstetrician who looks after Mary, Jeanne was a monkey

And she did look good despite the monkey / donkey panic and she was REALLY brilliant at dancing- I know she was a bit worried about that part.

I was fine when the girls were on stage but I did have to blink back the #proudmum tears when all the children were on stage for the encore and final song.


I have been listening to some REALLY old tunes on Spotify over the last few days.

Current obsession is revisiting The Wonderstuff....

I lent someone my 'mask of sanity' this week so I borrowed Jeanne's Monkey Mask just to get through this evening.
