Fingers Crossed ...

This is my Christmas Plum. Named after the time of year when ready to eat :)
According to my records we had 141mm rainfall between 16th and 21st December last year.
This year, we had 101mm rainfall between 13th and today so far.
Also according to my records, on December 22nd last year I made plum sauce, plum jam, plum ice cream and plum chutney ... because I had to! ALL the plums had split open due to the heavy rainfall and had to get processed.
