It's getting even harder to find those emergency blips late at night now its dark so early.

Must get in the habit of blippin during the day.

I didn't think I had put any weight on till I took the dogs for a walk tonight. Wore my winter walking trousers for the first time this year and as I was walking along, the popper button decided to pop open.

Glad it was dark as I struggled to keep doing up the popper with a dog on a lead in each hand.

By the end of the walk, I had developed a new walking style that didn't seem to place quite as much strain on the waistband.
