Bramhall

We went to Bramhall today as our local Post Office had run out of second class stamps! Was it a shock that people buy loads of stamps the week before Christmas??
However my husband likes this clock in the centre. There's a sign that reads....

...A large Quarter Striking Church Turret Clock..
It consists of three separate turns of wheels, one to move the hands, one to strike the hours on a single bell, and one to strike the quarter hours on two bells.......
I won't go on as anyone not interested in clocks has probably lost the will to live by now.
