Bike vandalism.

I have no idea how long these two bikes have been chained to the railings in London Road, but even if their owners remembered them and came looking for them I doubt they would want them back.

Can't the council come round once a year and collect all the busted bikes? Just to make the place look a bit tidier? Or is that just my OCD coming out?

Found a Cab Stance 6 on London Road, will keep it in the Blipbank, after all I still haven't found CS 2, 4 or 5.
