Lunch in a breakfast bowl
I'm on a kind of special diet these days, and that can be rather frustrating when you are very hungry and a toast with cheese would be the quickest solution. But since I neither can eat bread with gluten, nor cheese, I had to come up with something else. Luckily I found leftover of lamb in the fridge, and put it on a pan, together with some carrot, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes and onion. I tasted just fine :)
